Product Condition: MCSsurplus items are either new surplus stock, new open-box items, unused "pulls" (no retail packaging), refurbished (by us or by a third party), or used (working and non-working) and are sold AS-IS without warranty of any kind. We describe our stock as best as we can, and when possible, test the items to determine their working condition. Refurbished items are normally warranted for a short period and will be indicated in writing on the invoice. New items in sealed boxes may still be warranted by the manufacturer. All sales are final and no returns will be accepted. Payments: All purchases must be prepaid in U.S. Dollars. Payments for online auctions must be received within 10 days of auction end date. We accept Personal/Business checks (with a 10-day holding period), cashiers checks/money orders, PayPal, and major credit cards (via PayPal only). Shipping: Our primary shipping method is Priority Mail (or Global Priority for international orders) from the USPS. When using Priority Mail, we charge the actual cost to ship and occasionally round up no more than one dollar. Large or difficult to package items and International orders may require an additional packaging/processing fee. We will ship, at our discretion, via First Class Mail, Parcel Post or Media Mail when the savings are substantial and the particular item warrants it. We can also ship via Express Mail or FedEx Express at your request. All shipments are F.O.B. our office. Insurance is available upon request. We will gladly combine items from multiple online auctions. Our normal shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Payments for orders paid by cashiers check, money order or PayPal and received before 2pm PST on those days will normally ship that same day. Payments received on Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends will normally ship within 24-48 hours. Payments made with personal/business checks will ship the next shipping day following the 10-day holding period. PayPal eChecks are not considered "received" until the payment clears. (10/11/05) |
